PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: The Forest City Community School Board of Education will hold a public hearing on the sale or disposal of school district property on Monday, September 8, 2025 at the District Office, 145 South Clark Street, Forest City, Iowa. The public hearing will start at 6:30 p.m. At the time and place set for the public hearing, interested individuals will be given the opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing, on the sale or disposal of real property to CGW Investments,LLC, that is school district property.
