Special Meeting April 21, 2025
The Board of Directors of the Forest City Community School District met for a special meeting on April 21, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the District Office, Forest City, Iowa.
After a quorum was established the meeting was called to order by President Troy Thompson. Members present: David Reese, Cody Hennigar, Beth Clouse, Troy Thompson, and Andrew Fedders. Absent: Rick Wiley and Kim Severson. Cody Henniger moved to approve the agenda and Beth Clouse seconded the motion. Ayes: five. Nays: none. Carried.
David Reese moved, Andy Fedders seconded the approval of a sharing agreement with North Iowa Community School District for 40% Superintendent Services for the 2025-26 School year. Ayes: five. Carried.
Beth Clouse moved, Cody Henniger seconded to approve the supplemental contacts for Darwin Lehmann, Superintendent and Sara Meinders, School Business Official as presented. Ayes: five. Carried.
David Reece motioned to adjourn the regular meeting. Andy Fedders seconded the motion. Ayes: five. Nays: none. Carried. The meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
